DEAR SIR OR MADAM : I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with your service I recived from your company since purchansing the tickets to shopping trip to Boulogne and nearby hypermarket. Firstly, on your adversiting I researched for a trip to Boulogne but was awkward experience.
I were watting the bus for the long time
until the bus arrive, the air-conditioned coach not worked , so I felt very bad and on the bus can't to bought some to cold drink. I spend so much time on the "eco" supermarket , because there were a lot of people, so crowded and every thing it was expensive,also has long and has long queues at checkouts.the worse thing is I had been one hour on
Boulogne and the restaurants were all closed
And I were suposed to got home at 10.30pm and we got back at 11:30pm.may be it was my bad luck and As you can imagine , I felt very disappointed with your service. I ask for a total refund of £18. Yours Faithfully

    The layout doesn't look like a letter. Paragraphs are missing.
    You haven't completed the task appropriately because you didn't include all the information from the notes. For example you didn't mention: the restaurants or that you arrived home at 11:30.
